Solution Sales Manager
Job Description
ISC is currently seeking a results driven Solution Sales Manager for its leading planning solution PlanningForce (www.planningforce.com).
As a Solution Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales and building client and partner relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in new business development, working closely with the clients to understand their requirements and translating these into providing the best solution.
The role will be based in Belgium with coverage of a selection of European countries.
Key responsabilities
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, and with the assistance of an inside Support Sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue and build long term relationships. You will be responsible for the whole sales process.
- Creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals required to secure relationships and business.
- Communicating and interacting effectively with mid to senior level managers and executives.
- Keep abreast of our industry trends and demonstrate an understanding of how these relate to customers’ needs.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in software solution sales role.
- Experience in one or several of these fields is essential: EPM software, PPM software, supply chain management, or product lifecycle management (PLM).
- Highly result orientated with a strong closing mentality.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and strategic prospect management.
- Good business acumen with sound knowledge of general business principles and marketing.
- Very strong knowledge of customer service and management best practices.
- Languages: Perfectly fluent in English.
- French, Dutch, German and other languages is a plus.
