PlanningForce is a project planning software created for PMOs, CxOs and PMs who are looking to optimize the way they plan their projects and use their resources.
PlanningForce exists in three versions. PlanningForce Express Planner costs EUR 365 per license, PlanningForce Portfolio Planner costs EUR 965 per license and to get a quote for PlanningForce Program Manager, please contact us or find a local reseller. Discounts are given for non-profit-making organizations and multiple orders.
PlanningForce Express Planner generates plans and schedules for PMs who need quick results.
PlanningForce Portfolio Planner is devoted to PMs who have to find optimized planning solutions while coping with complex projects and many resources.
PlanningForce Program Manager includes all the features the Portfolio Planner offers and is devoted to PMOs and CFOs who want to improve the profitability of their projects and resources over the medium- to long-term.
Your data is stored in files (or DB) which remain on your computer or server, so no-one but you has access to this information.
When you buy a PlanningForce license, you receive:
Our project planning software (unlimited project and resource management);
When you buy the product, you receive a (unrestricted) commercial license key which must be entered into the License Status menu. This gives you unlimited use of the product.
As soon as you have completed the purchase process, you will receive the license key by email. This key is also available in your personal account on the PlanningForce website.
It is not necessary to buy a full Portfolio Planner license. All you have to do is to purchase the upgrade license which is offered to you at a preferential rate.
Your Express Planner data is fully compatible with PlanningForce Portfolio Planner.
Upgrading to PlanningForce Collaborative will be free of charge for all users of Program Manager who have purchased 5 or more licenses before 31st August.
Your Program Manager data is fully compatible with PlanningForce Collaborative.
Each license of PlanningForce Express Planner, PlanningForce Portfolio Planner and Program Manager is specific to an individual computer.
If you need to install the program on two or more computers, we can offer additional licenses at a preferential rate. In this case, please contact us directly.
