= Planning PhaseWith PlanningForce Portfolio Planner, you produce the most reliable plan possible thanks to WBS, task requirements, competences, levels, efficiencies, risks, goals, priorities, ‘Ideal’ Gantt, resource leveling, concurrent planning, KPIs, ... Technically, PlanningForce's automatic scheduling engine produces what are called multi-objective solutions based on a concurrent planning process.
= Planning Phase + review phaseBy using the concept of simulation coupled to scorecards, Program Manager can give room to your creativity to improve KPIs, by imagining and testing new working configurations. At the end of this process, you select one simulation which becomes the 'official' plan.
Once you enter the living phase of this plan, PlanningForce will be used to re-plan easily, so you can take account of diverging progress statuses and unforeseen events: the goal is to prevent big deviations while adapting the plan smoothly and giving clear instructions in order to keep the actors on board and motivated.
Thanks to the validation features, we can keep all or part of the initial plan validated (it means 'frozen') and concentrate solely on what we need to update. Practically, we start a new planning phase, but limited this time to the 'de-validated' or new projects.
