The last state of a plan may be the result of events throughout its life, but, wouldn't it be more enlightening to keep track of all the different stages:
- the initial construction of the plan;
- the scenarios you assessed;
- the successive progress statuses;
- the events that forced you to change course and;
- finally, the new plan.
