Define Projects
- Simply create task groups, tasks and milestones through the Task Manager.
- Define their durations and relationships. Evaluate cash income on tasks or milestones.
Apply requirements
- Requirements are defined in terms of roles (general levels of competence) and, if necessary, specific skills.
- Roles and skills can also be refined through the notion of level of competence.
- Use the group detail features to accelerate your encodings.

- Check the coherence of your requirements with the diagnosis tool.

View WBS Gantt
- Draw your projects in the WBS Gantt using interactive graphical tools.
-
The "WBS Gantt" gives you an overview of your input. It is not affected by calendars, risks, resource availability and variable efficiency.
Apply categories
- Use categories to classify your tasks.
- They will be useful to show or hide groups of tasks in your results.
Apply calendars
- Define specific calendars for task accomplishment.
- Assign them to groups or individual tasks.
- Calendars are cumulative.
- Modify individual calendars in one click without altering the others.
Apply coefficients
- Take account of risk factors:
- efficiency
- disruptions
- uncertainties (accidents, bad weather, ...)
- Define them on a graphical or numerical way.
- Associate them to tasks (individually or grouped) inside a user-friendly "single click" interface.
Add comments
- Write and attach simple or complex descriptions to your projects and tasks.
- Print these comments in the report "Resource scheduling" to communicate instructions to your staff.
