PlanningForce Body of Knowledge
Intelligent Software Company is specialized in developing planning tools for companies which have to manage complex relations between tasks, resources, competences and external constraints.
After a few years developing an operational planning solution (Li3 - PlanningForge), we have launched the creation of PlanningForce: a project portfolio scheduling and planning tool using our advanced knowledge of automatic planning solutions.
The goal was simple: we wanted PlanningForce to be a solution compliant with the most used methodologies (as Prince2 and PMBok) and giving to PMO and managers the ability to
- regulary and automatically generate schedules for their projects;
- have workable and realistic long term forecasts to guide their company, department and project on the right way.
As a consequence, our project planning software programme is based on a well known fact: Planning is an iterative process.
