Everyone needs to know what he has to do tomorrow. Every manager knows that it is not useful to create detailed schedules for distant timeframes. But they also know it is crucial to be able to predict the impact of present events and risks on the complete life of their projects or portfolios.
This notion of simulation is the core of this forecast methodology:
